Use the working as a planning aid.

Tallyspan provides a free browser-based quantity and quote worksheet. These terms describe the scope of that service. Questions can be sent to [email protected].

Your inputs and supplier confirmation

You supply measurements, product correspondence, loose conversion factors, densities, package contents and quote terms. Check them against the intended project and supplier documents. A precise calculation does not guarantee real-world yield, material availability or a final invoice.

Modeled results are conditional on those inputs. Confirm quantities, products, fulfillment and all charges with the supplier before purchasing. Printed documents are called “Order planning summary”; they do not place or authorize an order.

Service boundaries

Tallyspan does not sell material, take payment, connect you to contractors, transmit orders or guarantee supplier performance. It does not provide structural design, load-bearing, drainage, engineering, legal or code-compliance advice.

The model covers one purchase occasion at one destination and two alternative complete offers. Unsupported pricing or ordering rules need explicit supplier-confirmed manual entries. The tool does not optimize split purchases or determine tax obligations.

Drafts and availability

Session drafts are a convenience, not a storage service or backup. Copy or print anything you need to retain. Browser limits, device changes or clearing data may remove a draft. The site and its calculations may be corrected or updated.

Errors and permitted use

You may use and print the worksheet for your planning. Do not represent its output as a certified design or supplier-issued quote. If you find an error, preserve the relevant inputs and contact support so the issue can be reproduced.

The service is provided as a planning aid without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular project. Nothing here excludes rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
